Upon request, we will provide prospective and existing clients with relevant information about how we work, our prices and how cases will be dealt with.
The client’s opportunity to reduce costs and time
Many things can be done to facilitate the work of a lawyer, enabling him or her to learn the facts of a case quickly and with as little expense as possible for the client.
The following can help in this respect:
- Create a chronological summary of the facts of the case.
- Create an overview of all parties and persons involved, listing addresses and telephone numbers etc.
- Copy all documents, and put them in order in a file, preferably using dividers to distinguish each part of the case.
If you have the opportunity, you can also scan the documents and send them to us by e-mail, so that we have both an electronic version and a hardcopy version.
