Langseth's damages and insurance team offers legal assistance to both individuals and companies with various assignments related to insurance issues, personal injuries and health-related matters.

Our team is led by attorneys Karoline Henriksen, with many years of experience in damages and insurance issues in both the public and private sector. They are both members of the Norwegian Bar Association's law and professional committees and experienced speakers.

This enables Langseth Advokatfirma to offer extensive experience in various issues related to torts and damages. In addition to assisting claimants with filing claims with insurance companies and trying compensation cases in the courts, we also provide legal assistance to businesses and self-employed clients when claims are filed against them.
