Langseth's family, inheritance and probate team offers legal assistance in connection with settlement of estates, distribution of estates, and other family matters. Our team is led by attorney Nina Reiersen, who has extensive experience as consultant and lecturer within this field.

In matters relating to family members, finding solutions that prevent contention is an important consideration. The aim of a great deal of our work is thus to prevent disputes, for example when preparing pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and wills.

Should a dispute arise, we also assist in the settlement and distribution of estates, as well as in cases involving custody, visitation, etc.
