Langseth offers assistance to both employees and employers. We provide general advice in addition to pleading cases in court. Our work comprises everything from the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts, implementation of restructuring and workforce reductions, evaluation of various pension and incentive schemes, to issues relating to discharges and dismissals.

General assistance is provided in connection with hiring, employment contracts, staff regulations, acquisitions, discussions, termination of employment contracts, dismissals, negotiations and warnings. We offer our experience during the planning stage, the negotiation stage or in connection with the solving of conflicts.
