In addition to common legal issues related to real estate, one of Langseth's main areas of focus is what we have termed "holiday home and leisure law". Our team is led by attorneys Harald Ramm and Botolf Botolfsen, both with broad experience within this field.

Holiday home and leisure law is a relatively broad area of law in which we provide services covering almost any legal issue that may arise in connection with purchase, sale and use of holiday homes. Our broad experience within this area includes being a regular legal advisor and contributor to the magazine Hytteliv.
