The firm's overall objective is to offer clients effective assistance with personal follow-up by lawyers with specialist knowledge within the relevant area of law.
Our fees are calculated on the basis of time spent, unless a fixed price has been agreed in exceptional cases.

This means that all work performed in connection with the case will be invoiced, including telephone calls, which will be invoiced at a minimum of 15 minutes.

The hourly rate will depend on the lawyer's specialist knowledge and experience. In addition, emphasis will be placed on the difficulty and scope of the case, as well as the financial interests involved and the outcome of the case.

Our hourly rate for legal services to consumers (applicable for 2026) will normally be, unless the client is entitled to free legal aid:

· From NOK 2,375 (NOK 1,900 + VAT) to NOK 4,000 (NOK 3,200 + VAT) for work performed by a partner.

· From NOK 1,875 (NOK 1,500 + VAT) to NOK 3,250 (NOK 2,600 + VAT) for work performed by an assistant attorney and permanently employed attorney.

We are subject to 25% value added tax as of January 1, 2005.

Direct expenses and costs, including fees to public authorities, will be added.

If you are entitled to free legal aid, the fee will be calculated in accordance with the public fee rate (NOK 1,315 per hour as of January 1, 2025).

Further information about the calculation of fees can be provided by the lawyer handling the case.

Once we have an overview of the assistance required, you will receive a separate"client letter"confirming that we have accepted the assignment and providing further information about the conditions, our payment procedures, etc.
