Attorney Bent S. Kverme assists both private and public clients with ongoing advice, out-of-court dispute resolution, and litigation before the courts. He has particular expertise in real estate and construction law, and various topics within planning and building law. Most of his time is spent on quality assurance of contracts prior to their conclusion, ongoing assistance during construction periods and in final settlement negotiations, as well as dispute resolution. In recent years, he has worked extensively with collaborative contracts and teaches courses on all topics related to construction law. He also assists with all types of disputes related to real estate. With additional education as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), he also assists with issues related to labor law, corporate law, and corporate governance.
