Else-Marie Merckoll is a member of aninternational network of family law attorneysspecializing in international family law. She is also onBUFDIR'slist of attorneys with special expertise in child abduction.

Else-Marie Merckoll has considerable experience in all areas of personal injury law and places great emphasis on negotiating favorable compensation settlements for injured parties. She has also litigated several major cases, both against insurance companies and the State before the Patient Injury Compensation Board. She has an established collaboration withthe Personal Injury Association PLTN.
