Hege Moljord

Hege Moljord offers assistance in several areas of law, with a focus on family, inheritance, and probate law. She assists with financial settlements following relationship breakdowns, the drafting of wills, prenuptial agreements, powers of attorney and cohabitation agreements. Moljord has particular experience in international family law, especially in relation to jurisdiction, venue agreements, choice of law and international conventions. She assists in parental disputes and in drawing up cooperation agreements for parents with joint children.

Moljord also offers assistance in labor law, corporate law, and general contract law. She is committed to thorough preparation and effective, ongoing advice, but also litigates cases in court where it is not possible to find amicable solutions in advance. 

Moljord regularly teaches courses for organizations such as the Norwegian Bar Association and the Norwegian Center for Legal Education (JUS), with a focus on topics related to legal ethics.
