Heidi Kjær Trudvang

Attorney Heidi Kjær Trudvang works primarily with private legal matters and has particular expertise in family, inheritance, and probate law. She has extensive experience in advising and dispute resolution in this field. She assists with, among other things, the drafting of cohabitation agreements and prenuptial agreements, wills, powers of attorney, estate settlements between spouses, financial settlements between cohabitants, and estate administration. Trudvang is an estate administrator for Oslo District Court in public estate administration and handles a large number of inheritance settlements at any given time. She also assists with inheritance agreements/generational transfers, disputes relating to wills, undivided estates, compulsory portions and other inheritance law issues. She also assists clients with international family and inheritance matters. In addition, she assists in child custody cases, in matters of parental responsibility, residence and visitation rights.
