Jynge has over 25 years of experience in real estate – both as a lawyer, commercial real estate agent, and from the owner's side as a developer. This combination provides a commercial approach to legal issues and an understanding of the entire value chain in real estate projects.

Jynge works primarily with real estate development, contract negotiations, transactions, leases, planning and building law, corporate law, and valuations. Over the years, he has led a number of large and complex processes, including transactions, due diligence, and structuring of real estate projects.

As former Real Estate Manager at McDonald’s Norway and Managing Partner at Seland Rödl & Partner, Jynge has gained solid leadership experience, international experience, and business acumen.
