Therese Heggedal works in several areas of law, with particular expertise in family law, inheritance, and probate. She is particularly committed to cases involving children. Heggedal has extensive and broad experience in parental disputes and has solid knowledge of the field.

Therese Heggedal is an experienced litigator. She litigates in district courts and courts of appeal. With over 11 years of focus on dispute resolution, including four years as a deputy judge in Oslo District Court, Heggedal has acquired extensive knowledge of handling disputes in court. She also has extensive experience with mediation, both in and out of court.
