Second homes

This department is led by Harald Ramm and Botolf Botolfsen jr. who both have extensive experience in this field.

The legal issues related to second homes are varied and we assist in relation to legal issues that may arise in connection with the sale, purchase and use of holiday homes. We have gained considerable experience in this area. We also serve as a regular contributor and legal advisor to the Norwegian magazine Hytteliv.
